Galileo is Sydney's leading five-star hotel restaurant with a proud record of excellence. Galileo offers a traditional French style with surprising international influences, served in an atmosphere reminiscent of a grand Parisian salon.

Midweek Dining Special
Until the end of March, enjoy a three course menu for $60. Offer is valid from Tuesday to Thursday and not in conjunction with any other offer.

Open for dinner from 6.30 pm every Tuesday - Saturday.
