Jonathan Bruell has recently taken up the position of Kitchen and Beverage Director for Galileo. Bruell's style of cuisine is a wonderful combination of Australian produce and innovative modern cuisine, served in an atmosphere reminiscent of a grand Parisian salon.
Open for breakfast from 6.30 am to 10.30 am daily and dinner from 6.30 pm every Tuesday to Saturday.
