The Observatory Spa Club has a limited number of outside memberships and is complimentary for in-house guests.
The Observatory Spa Club facilities include: - Well equipped gymnasium
- 20 metre heated pool
- Whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms (separate ladies and men's steam room and sauna)
- Executive fitness programmes
- Weight loss programs
- Swimming instruction
- Personal training consultations
- Separate changing areas with personal lockers as well as showering facilities and amenities

All members receive full use of pool, spa, steam room, sauna, gym, membership card, spa robe, 10% of valet parking (subject to availability), and a gift pack.
+Aqua members will receive 3 Poultice Therapy Experience treatments for 12 month members and 1 Poultice Therapy Experience for 6 month members, for the time of membership.
