Galileo offers an exciting cuisine based upon a tradional French style with the delights of a tantalising Japanese influence set in an atmosphere reminiscent of London’s famous Venetian restaurant, Harry’s Bar.

Richly appointed with antiques, fine tapestries and polished walnut furniture, Galileo combines quiet elegance with the relaxed informality of a typical Sydney restaurant.

Arno caricatures and sketches from early editions of Vogue Magazine, courtesy of the famous Harry's Bar, cover the Fortuny silk and cedar clad walls, providing a perfect backdrop for the 17th-century leather, Venetian dividing screen and the highly polished parquet floor. 

Open for breakfast from 6.30 am to 10.30am every day and dinner from 6.30 pm every evening.
