Chef's Profile
With a reputation for innovation, Harunobu brings to The Observatory Hotel many years experience and a creative passion for marrying French cuisine with a Japanese influence. He has worked as a chef in exclusive restaurants and hotels both in Sydney and internationally, cooking for myriad high profile names, such as Bill Clinton and Keanu Reeves.
Chef Haru joined Galileo restaurant as Executive Chef in May 2003. Since arriving he has been awarded one hat each year from the Sydney Morning Herald for his innovative menu and offers diners a sensory dining experience through his delicate flavours. |
