What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Guests who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
How do I make an appointment?
Please telephone the Day Spa to make an appointment. Advance bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. A credit card is required to hold all reservations, apart from gift voucher bookings and for guests of the hotel.
What do I need to tell you when making a booking?
We need to know if you have any special health considerations, such as pregnancy, that you think may affect your choice of treatments. This will enable us to customise the treatment to suit you best.
What should I bring?
We provide luxurious robes, slippers and towels, toiletries, showers, hairdryers and lockers. Please leave your valuables at home as we cannot take responsibility for valuables left unattended in the spa. If you wish to make use of our facilities please bring your gym gear and swimwear.

Gift-Vouchers - Conditions of use
Please bring gift voucher with you on your visit to the spa.
Gift Vouchers expire 6 months from date of purchase. Expired Gift Vouchers will not be honoured. Failure to keep an appointment will result in the gift voucher becoming void.
Gift Vouchers will not be exchanged for cash or product. No refunds are given.
When choosing any of our spa treatments, may we recommend that you check-in 30 minutes prior to your appointment, to allow time for a brief steam, sauna or Jacuzzi. By opening your pores, warming your body and relaxing your muscles, you will gain maximum benefit from your treatment. Please be present 5 minutes before your scheduled time in the Spa reception Lounge. Guests are advised to shower and dry off completely, prior to treatments.
