What should I do if I have a request which is not detailed in the Arrival Options list?
If you do not have a booking with us, you may book online. Once you have confirmed your booking, please add the details of your additional requests in the space provided on the "Arrival Options" page, which is the final step in the booking sequence.
How will my Arrival Options be confirmed?
Once we have received your reservation and your additional options request we will check availability of each arrival option you have chosen and confirm by e-mail if we are able to fulfil your request.
When will I be charged for my Arrival Options?
Any arrival options that have been confirmed by e-mail will be charged when you check out at the end of your stay. Payment will not be taken until this time.
