Everything you need to know about visiting The Day Spa.
Bookings
It is recommended that all bookings are made in advance to avoid disappointment. All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card, gift certificate or hotel room number. We advise making your booking six weeks in advance on weekends and two weeks in advance for weekdays to avoid disappointment.
Arrival
To fully enjoy your Day Spa experience, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We encourage you to make full use of the health club facilities before and after your treatments for your complete relaxation and rejuvenation so please bring suitable attire. As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments are completed as scheduled. Arriving late will shorten your time spent with us.
Health Considerations
For your safety and comfort please inform your therapist of any health conditions so that we can customise your treatment accordingly. If you suffer from allergies, physical ailments or are pregnant, some treatments may not be advisable.
Spa Attire
A robe and slippers and disposable underwear for your comfort will be provided to you. Our therapists will ensure you are discreetly draped at all times during your treatment. Please remember to bring open-toed shoes with you if having a Pedicure.
Valuables
Lockers are available for your personal belongings, however, please leave valuables at home or bring them into the treatment room with you as we cannot take responsibility for misplaced or stolen items.
Payment
The Day Spa accepts cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards at a 1.5% surcharge. Hotel guests may charge their treatments to room accounts.
Cancellations
We understand sometimes you may need to change your appointment. We do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a penalty of 100% of the treatment rate. Gift voucher cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in the gift voucher being redeemed in full. Group bookings (5 or more people) require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Parking
Convenient metered parking is in front of the hotel. Valet parking is available at a charge, subject to availability. | | |
